Shippensburg University will continue the tradition of the Scholastic 144 juried high school exhibition this school year!

  • Eligibility 
  • All High School juniors and seniors residing in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Ohio and West Virgina are eligible.  
  • All student artists are either a High School junior or senior during the 2025 - 2026 academic year.  
  • Two and three dimensional work are eligible. Work requiring assembly, electronic equipment, or electric is not eligible.

Event Details Scholastic 144 Opening Reception Details Please join us for the Opening Reception of the Scholastic 144 Juried Art exhibition on January 24, 2026 from 1-3 pm at the Kauffman Gallery on the campus of the Shippensburg University. Other event details: Submission Start Date: November 1, 2025 Submission End Date: December 5, 2025 Jurying: December 6 - 12 Announcement of Accepted Students: December 15, 2025 Shipped entries MUST be postmarked by Tuesday 6, 2026 Hand Delivered Artwork must arrive by: Saturday, January 10, 2026 Show Installation: January 12 – 15 Opening Reception: January 24, 2026 – 1-3 pm Show End Date: February 27 Artwork pick-up: February 28, 10 – 4pm
